Victoria is one of the premier golf destinations in Canada, and with the mildest climate in the country, golf can be played 12 months of the year. Victoria is home to many of Canada’s most beautiful and challenging courses, several boasting spectacular lake, mountain and ocean views. 

Golfers can choose from 15 primary courses in the Victoria area from full-scale championship links to smaller and less difficult courses.

Nine beautifully manicured par three holes, varying in length from 75 to 185 yards from the blue tees and 55 to 172 yards from the red tees. The greens are bent grass, full sized and individually contoured to challenge any player. The course has large grass tees with bunkers and water on three holes.

The golf course totals 736 yards over its 9 holes, with the longest hole a moderate 110 yards. However, because most holes are 95 yards or less, a deft touch and excellent swing control with your high irons will be required. Water is in play on many holes.The greens are slightly elevated and hilly, making two putting every hole a challenge. Green Acres has an 18 stall driving range.

The golf course on Pender Island is a scenic 9 holes course with several separate tees for the back nine.  It's deceptively challenging in rolling countryside yet is a great recreation destination course for high handicappers.  The course ranges from 4494 yards on white tees to 5049 yards on the blue tees.

Designed by Arthur Vernon Macan in 1913, Royal Colwood is a traditional style parklands championship course set amongst 450 year old Douglas Firs and majestic Garry Oaks.
