to allow adequate time to clean and replenish between guests.
Refundable $500 Security Deposit required.
Rent includes
- All utilities (heat, water, electric).
- Secure underground parking for one car
- Locking storage area for bicycles
- Telephone, WiFi Internet and Cable TV available if required ($50 hookup fee plus $150/month)
Restrictions
- One- or two-person overnight occupancy maximum.
- No pets of any kind.
- No smoking anywhere, including on the balcony.
- Full prepayment to confirm booking; 75% refundable with three months' notice; non-refundable with less than three months' notice.
